Shipping Policy
At Meta Salus, we work to ensure your products are delivered quickly, safely, and in optimal condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on a rolling basis and are shipped twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the shipping cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Refrigerated & Perishable Products
Some Meta Salus products require refrigeration. These items are packaged using temperature-conscious materials to help maintain product quality during transit. Customers are advised to bring refrigerated items indoors promptly upon delivery.
Meta Salus is not responsible for quality issues caused by delays resulting from incorrect shipping information or missed deliveries.
